All personal data — your name, mobile number, email and payment references — is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. No staff member can view raw payment credentials; only tokenised references are accessible for support queries.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies in anonymised form to understand page performance. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings at any time; disabling analytics cookies does not affect account function.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication is available for all 9ll accounts. We recommend enabling it via the security tab in your account panel. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to your registered address before access is granted.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is held for the life of your account plus the period required under applicable Indian law. If you close your account, non-transactional data is deleted within 30 days; transaction records are retained only as long as legally required.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with payment processors — UPI network partners, Paytm and PhonePe — only to the extent required to complete your transaction. No marketing partners receive individually identifiable data from your 9ll account.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of the data we hold, ask for corrections, or request deletion through the channels listed on this page. Where local law permits, we process such requests within seven working days and confirm completion by email.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, when you make a transaction, a payment reference such as your UPI handle. We do not collect or store full bank account numbers or wallet passwords at any point.

Only the transaction reference ID and status are logged on our side. Your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number is passed to the payment network for processing, but no full credentials are stored on 9ll servers after the transaction completes.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to the settings panel and look for the data export option. Alternatively, email our privacy team with a data access request and we will send a copy within seven working days, subject to local law.
